Veterans Memorial Coliseum
With a 10,231-person capacity, Veterans Memorial Coliseum is a multi-purpose facility. The building has recently been completely renovated with updated seating, suites, locker rooms, sound system and lobbies. This facility is ideal for concerts, family shows, sporting events, staged performances, consumer shows, conventions and assemblies. The Coliseum offers versatile surfaces to fit a variety of needs including concrete, dirt, ice, basketball court, carpet, Astro Turf, Homesote and Sport Court. Additionally, full theater curtains are available including borders, legs, act and rear. It is a comfortable facility for the public with two lobbies (East and West) and upholstered and padded seats. With the recent improvements to the front of the house and backstage areas, the facility now allows more relaxing amenities for performers including nine spacious dressing rooms and a comfortable green room. Full box office services are available in-house including Ticketmaster services.
This facility is also suited for consumer shows, conventions, banquets and assemblies. Offering 20,000-50,000 square feet of flexible and functional exhibit space, up to 360 (8’x10’) exhibit booths are possible in this building. The Coliseum is also equipped with a 20’ x 20’ freight door, has an unlimited weight load floor and offers full service in-house decorating including carpeting, pipe and drape, audio-visual equipment and catering by Centerplate.
